The purpose of the Kargaroo Safari is to generate participation and get members to travel more throughout the state. The object is to collect kangaroos and sign your Chapter's name on as many kangaroo's tags as possible.

Kangaroo Safari Rules

1. Acquire a kangaroo by taking three or more members to another Chapter's stated meeting; or get rid of your kangaroo by having three or more of your Chapter members deliver it to another Chapter. Keep the kargaroos hopping!
2. The Chapter that brings the most visitiors, or in case of a tie, the Chapter that traveled the furtherest takes the kangaroo back to their Chapter.
3. If a Chapter has collected two or more kangaroos and two or more visiting Chapters show up, the host Chapter will lose only one kangraroo per meeting.
4. Each time a Chapter gets a kangaroo, they are to sign the Chapter's name number and date acquired on the card around the kangaroo's neck. A Chapter may get the same kangaroo several times, but sign the card each time.
5. Dual members can only count for one Chyapter at a meeting.
6. All kangaroos must be returned to Grand Chapter in May 2009.
